Shipping Information

Our shipping rates are as follows:

Shipping within Australia:

Choose between Standard Shipping  $8.00 or Express Shipping $10.00

  • International shipping – Flat Rate of $25
  • We use Australia Post for our international Customers. Orders are always shipped with tracking information unless they are shipped by Registered Mail, in which case you will have to sign upon receipt of your order.
  • The delivery time for International Orders is between 5-7 working days.
  • If you have any other preferred international shipping Method please Contact us with the Details.

Please note that BrazilActiv is not responsible for items lost through the shipping process.

All orders are shipped within 3 working days. If you have not received a domestic order within 7 days, please Contact Us.  International Order please contact us if you have not received your order within 10 working days.

BrazilActiv is not responsible for taxes or duties charged at the receiving country destination.

Refund and Returns

Your satisfaction is our first priority at BrazilActiv

All products are checked prior to shipping, so it is unlikely that any product received will be faulty, however If your item is faulty upon receipt, we will gladly exchange the item. If the item is not in stock we will process a refund via your original payment method.

All domestic returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. International Orders within 14 days of receipt of the order.

Please Note: We do not exchange or Refund for “change of mind” purpose. Sizing issues can always be solved by exchanging your item.

Please Note: BrazilActiv will not exchange if these requirements are not met. We do not issue refunds for non-faulty items but will issue a store credit upon receiving your return.

Please examine the product before removing tags and wearing. Once the garment has been worn and shows signs of sweat or makeup – it cannot be returned.

Items must be returned with their original packaging and must still be in an unused and saleable condition. Please be advised that the customer is responsible for shipping fees if he/she  choses to return or exchange an item. Shipping Costs are not refundable by BrazilActiv.

Returns Process

To return an item, please Contact info@brazilactiv.com.au and please include the following information:

  • Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
  • Your name and address
  • A description of the item you are returning and the reason
  • If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item

Although we know you will absolutely love your purchase, we want you to know that we will endeavour to help solve any issue you may have in a timely manner.
