Our shipping rates are as follows:
Shipping within Australia is a Flat Rate of $8.00
- International shipping – cost will be automatically calculated via the system prior to completion of order.
- We use Australia Post for our international Customers. Orders are always shipped with tracking information unless they are shipped by Registered Mail, in which case you will have to sign upon receipt of your order.
- The delivery time for International Orders is between 7-10 working days.
- If you have any other preferred international shipping Method please Contact us with the Details.
Please note that BrazilActiv is not responsible for items lost through the shipping process.
All orders are shipped within 3 working days. If you have not received a domestic order within 7 days, please Contact Us. International Order please contact us if you have not received your order within 10 working days.
BrazilActiv is not responsible for taxes or duties charged at the receiving country destination.
Refund and Returns
Your satisfaction is our first priority at BrazilActiv
All products are checked prior to shipping, so it is unlikely that any product received will be faulty, however If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. All domestic returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. International Orders within 14 days of receipt of the order. We do not exchange or Refund for “change of mind” purpose. BrazilActiv will not exchange or refund if these requirements are not met.
Please examine the product before removing tags and wearing. Once the garment has been worn and shows signs of sweat or makeup – it cannot be returned.
Items must be returned with their original packaging and must still be in an unused and saleable condition. Please be advised that the customer is responsible for shipping fees if he/she choses to return or exchange an item. Shipping Costs are not refundable by BrazilActiv.
To return an item, please Contact Us and please include the following information:
- Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
- Your name and address
- A description of the item you are returning
- Whether you would like a refund or exchange
- If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item
